Attach payload coupler to nose cone
  1. Obtain screws
  2. Torque them down

Attach payload stack to nose cone

Attach nose cone tip to nose cone (FIX THIS)

  1. Run thermocouples through washer
  2. Push washer in
  3. Screw on bolt
