SerCat Web Review Plan What needs to be done:
· Review Sercat documents and decide what to keep/update and what can be tossed (or archived)
o Just Policies/Procedures page
o Divide into categories: general cataloging, local Aleph procedures, e-resources
· Distribute pages to be updated to staff – who does them and how?
· Develop plan for writing updates (docs or on wiki?), converting to HTML (if needed), uploading to web
· List/brainstorm topics, documents need to write/create/develop
o Develop plan for who will write, convert, upload
· Review Staff Web and Policies/Procedures page for policies and procedures written by other staff/units that we want to link to Meet weekly?
Try to get updated documents done by holidays?
We set up weekly meetings, on Weds. at 9:30, starting 9/23.
