Overview
The Housing Replacement Analysis (HRA) Project has a goal to integrate DSL - Housing's CBORD Odyssey software as the system of record for Housing. To get there, we will review the current (as-is) processes (Discovery) and the future (to-be) processes (Define) along with all of the impacted stakeholders . At the end of this project, we will produce a proposal (Design) which explains how this will be done with a high level project plan and estimates from all stakeholders.
