Solutions to fish problem, national scale (example: US)
committee to predict El Nino years, in charge of adapting laws to deal
consequences for violators:
fines
blocked access to markets
Aquaculture-anything large scale must be sanctioned
Genetically modified-well labelled, not released into the wild to mingle with wild population
education programs-eat carrot sticks, not fish sticks!
discourage imports to reduce depleting other countries-we should be able to supply enough fish from our waters to fulfill the demand-also helps with fuel conservation
