The following is the execution version of the Support Pack Implementation (cut-over) Plan:

Communication

Project cut-over status of the upgrade, see below,  will be posted on this wiki page beginning at noon on Friday 12/8 through noon on Monday 12/11.  The Project Manager will update this message as needed.  A conference call number (webex) is available for check-ins during the weekend and for the Go/No Go call at 6:00pm on Sunday.

Project Status: The SAP system has been upgraded. Validations are still planned for execution at 10:30am this morning. Given the inclement weather, please use your best judgement as to whether or not you will be able to perform you validations on campus or will need to perform them from home.
