This report is intended for project and program managers, CC directors and accounting. It is made to show how close a project with a "Substantially Complete" status are to reaching commissioning and turnover date, or how late it is running, in a visual representation. This report relies on timely, accurate updates to the project schedule module, project management update status (PMUa update) and project details page.
Why is This Useful
This report gives a visual representation of the time a project has until it needs to enter a commissioning and turnover date status, and how late it is running. If a project been in "substantially complete" status for a long time and visually shows red in this report, this could indicate that the project's status has not been updated.
Components
For each project, the project number, manager and scheduled finish date is given, along with the program manager, and a description of the project. The number of days until a project is expected to reach commissioning and turnover status (the pivot point), with the days until this date are also displayed. The range of days until the expected commissioning and turnover is represented on either side of the pivot point using colored blocks.
