1) Go to the budget or avis website
2) The easiest pickup location is 350 Mass Ave
3) Select your departure and return date and time.
4)Use the MIT code that allows students to rent and extends our insurance policy. The place to find the code is in the Offer Codes->BCD Code for Budget, and Discount Codes->AWD# for Avis.

5) Put your actual age, unless it doesn't let you rent as a result, then leave it 25+ and deal with it when you actually pick up at the desk (if they even ask)
6) Save the email confirmation, send it to whoever needs it to confirm
7) If they ask you at the rental counter when you pick up if this is for personal or business, say business (which it is)
Notes:
Sedans tend to be far less expensive than SUVs
You need someone with a credit card present to pay for the car. You can't rent a car using a debit card.
