We're basically moving into a new phase of the project since the agreements made between ISDA and NIST after the initial TRB meeting. We expanding the team of people involved and trying to improve communications about the project. Before identifying and recruiting the revised core team we need to re-draft the scope and requirements in light of the feedback from TRB and NIST. The revised scope and requirements should be review by Catherine, Sam, Wilson, Mark and Jeff. Once we have their buy-in we can identify the core team which should include someone from OIS, CSS, and SAIS. I suggest that we also include at least one of the key potential customers identified during the earlier phase of the project.
The scope, requirements, and core team efforts should not preclude the ongoing prototyping and testing. In fact we'd like to expend the prototyping to include Moveable Type as an application service involved in the testing.
