2. [Requires MIT Certificates] not added to Who is Eligible, #3, this this is somewhat redundant.
3. Plural issue: Who is Eligible, "#3: Install web certificates" vs. singular reference elsewhere in the paragraph. To be resolved.
4. "pdf" vs. "PDF". To be resolved.
