This basic function of this process is to assign a room number and or numbers for the given space(s). When a floor plan is finalized there are currently email notifications that go out (manually) to kick off notification to the FIS team and begin the room number assignment request. This process will replace the manual steps involved and provide additional tracking, alerts, and reporting functionality and allow for better collaboration between the teams.
