Queue Administrator Group

ServiceNow Queue Admins designates staff member/agents for this queue (i.e. who responds to tickets). Queue Admins do not get emails about a ServiceNow queue unless they are also a Queue Staff member. This should be left as acls-cre-sn-masteradmin unless the queue wants to manage their own staff members.
