OneDrive can be used in various ways, including through a browser, as a MacOS app, and as a Windows app.

OneDrive in the browser: OneDrive can be accessed through any web browser by visiting the OneDrive website and signing in with your Microsoft account. Once signed in, you can upload, download, and manage your files and folders directly from your web browser. You can also create new files using Microsoft Office Online, which includes web-based versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. For more information, please see: OneDrive in the browser

OneDrive as a MacOS app: OneDrive can be downloaded and installed as a part of Office 365. Once installed, you can access your OneDrive files and folders from the Finder app on your Mac, and you can also choose which files and folders to sync to your local machine. This means that you can work on your files offline and then automatically sync any changes back to the cloud when you're online. For more information, please see: OneDrive app (MacOS)

OneDrive as a Windows app: OneDrive is built into Windows 10, so you can access it directly from the Windows File Explorer. You can also download and install the OneDrive desktop app, which allows you to choose which files and folders to sync to your local machine and provides additional features such as the ability to pause syncing or choose how to handle conflicts when files are edited simultaneously. For more information, please see: OneDrive app (Windows)
