This pages discusses the process of setting up Subject Evaluations.

  • Subject Evaluation are set up on the Who's Teaching What website.
  • Emails will go out mid-semester with a notice of the deadline for setting up your subjects.
  • Subjects that meet in the first half of the semester (H1, H3) must be set up earlier in the semester as Subject Evaluations for those courses open around week 6.

On the Teaching Data Page, enter the name of the faculty members(s) and any teaching assistants for every course that is currently running

From there, go to View Evaluation Details.

  • On this screen, you must select the Subject and all Faculty/TAs who should be evaluated.
