End of day production snapshot from 10/16/2023 to be used to refresh SH2 environment

Oct 13-18: SF3 upgrade

Oct 16: SH1 ready for use

Oct 22 at 5PM: start of SF2 restricted window

Oct 24 at 5PM: start of SH2 restricted window

Oct 25-Oct 31: SH2 refresh and upgrade

Nov 2-3: IS&T Controlled Payroll Test
