Pick a time that is likely to have few conflicts. Sunday morning at 9:30, for instance.
Make it a weekly habit to check in as a team for 30 minutes, no matter what.
This will keep you working steadily.
For the meetings to be useful, you must prepare with an agenda, and possibly with sharing recent work done, and follow up every meeting with action steps for each member--to be done before the next weekly meeting.
