Begun at the CSS Manager's meeting on 11/4/2008, in response to some phone calls to team leads and managers asking for their submissions to a central list being collected by the VP's office for use in Academic Council and other settings.
Update: on or about 11/14/2008, Wilson circulated a spreadsheet template designed to organize thinking about cost savings ideas. That spreadsheet is attached to this wiki page. Idea generation within CSS Managers is an 11/18/2008 agenda item.
