- CoDR date confirmed: March 1st from 9:30a-however long it takes (hopefully 12:30p at the latest).
- Let's finish the "info dump" slides by Monday. This is what we're now calling the slides we've created thus far as they'll act as in-house information for our use during presentation (i.e. speaker notes or possible answers to questions regarding more specificity).
- Dustin Wang has finished the Testing Matrix template so round of applause.
- Some guidelines for your "info dump" slides, they're considered complete if they have:
- Alternate testing procedures if possible. I.e. different methods for conducting the same test in case constraints force us to. Don't force an alternative option if there isn't an immediately clear option though.
- Choose a "principal" testing procedure out of those based on which you think is best for us to do. Make sure you can detail why you think the principal procedure is the one we should do, but make sure you know enough about the pros and cons of the alternatives to present them as realistic alternatives (they aren't second-choice procedures, they're alternatives).
- Make sure you know about the following regarding your principal testing procedure (you don't need to know as much detail for your alternates but know enough to talk about basic instrumentation needed for it):
- Instrumentation (tools, sensors, etc. we'd need to conduct the test, if it comes with a lab then that'll go hand-in-hand with a later requirement)
- Materials (any extra parts we'd either have to order or manufacture ourselves, if we have to order we can maybe do some prelim analysis regarding where and when)
- Labs (where can we conduct these tests ? Unfortunately Aero/Astro won't let us blow the tank up at the mezz
)
- Addressed any extra comments I or the rest of the team added.
- Also please be sure to add any questions/things you need from other subteams to this doc.
