Over the last few years our machine has been upgraded in many ways. This page has some details about finished projects that are hopefully of use to other labs besides our own.
Cicero
Cicero is the control software for our experiment. It is capable of running an arbitrary amount of hardware (analog and digital IO, GPIB, RS232, FPGA's and more) on several server computers controlled from a single client GUI. Cicero is released as open source software under the GPL license. For more information please contact Aviv.
Fiberizing
Our experiment always made use of fibers, but recently we have started making use of fiber splitter technology that has made a huge difference in the stability and performance of our machine.
