Why develop a Business Case?

A business case provides justification for approving a project, outlines the benefit and drivers for the business, the investment value in relation to other projects, and helps assess the project's impact on resources.

Steps:

  1. Identify: Facilitate gathering of information through the business 
  2. Analyze and Understand: Document the information, analyse, and validate through the business 
  3. Initiate: Submit business case in conjunction with project cost template to FBC and obtain necessary approval
