The Email Tool is found at right on various FMP panels, and presents managed templates for sending email to investigators and reviewers.
How To Send Email
Using peer reviewers as an example, you can use the email tool to send email either to an individual reviewer or a found set of reviewers, such as those whose active roles include 'Peer Reviewer'. Clicking 'This Reviewer' or 'Found Set' generates a pop-up window where you select an email template to send. If you need to edit an existing template or add another, click 'Add / Edit Templates'. To edit a template, simply browse to it and begin editing. To add a template, click the 'Add [+]' button. Each template needs a description, recipient group (To), subject, and message; Cc and Bcc are optional. Cc, Bcc, subject and message require double-quote encapsulation when used. Click the red paper-clip to add an attachment to the template.
Coding subjects and messages to be database-driven is complicated, but powerful. The best method by which to learn how is to look at the existing templates already in your system. The most common error people make when coding these fields, however, isn't in using functions, but rather forgetting to simple encapsulate all static text!

Microsoft Outlook doesn't trust any other program to send mail, even if you tell Outlook to do so. So if you choose to send email to a found set of individuals, it will ask you to confirm every single one of them. A solution is being looked-into...
Assign Reviewers to Calls
Select the Assignments tab. To assign a reviewer to a specific call (<span style="color: #ff0000">should be among active calls; fix this</span>), click the green [+] button beneath 'Assigned Calls for Panel Review', and select the call via the drop-down that appears.

The
Panel Review web interface
presents to the reviewer all proposals assigned to them, including the call, PI name, proposal title, the compiled full proposal pdf uploaded by the eSG Admin, peer reviews (blinded), rebuttals, rebuttal supporting documents, and comments from other panel members regarding each proposal.
Reviews are viewable via the
Administrative Review Web Interface
or FMP, as they are added by reviewers. The Admin Review web interface shows reviews by proposal, while FMP shows reviews when browsing by full proposal, by reviewer, or as a list under 'Reviews'.
You have several options for retrieving pdfs of panel reviews:
