Problem Statement

  • When someone sees a poster conveying a message, it takes time to record the details of that poster. Most students, who see a poster in passing, rarely have the time to stop and fully read the information on a poster, determine what is important, and record the necessary details. This, putting ICS images on these posters would allow viewers to take a picture of the poster and have all of the information given to them in an efficient and reliable way.

Target Users

  • We are aiming to make the process go more smoothly for those creating the posters. Are primary users will be people creating any kind of sign that wish to embed an ICS image on their poster in order to make it easier for users to gather specific details.

Proposed Solution

  1. Are solution is a website that generates these ICS images based on certain information that has been embedded into them. We will be creating the user interface for poster designers so they can very easily and intuitively create these codes that then can put onto their posters.
