Problem Statement
Currently, home owners and facility owners only receive a monthly bill detailing their power consumption. We seek to develop a mobile application that will allow users to manage their power consumption at a more fine-grained level. We will take advantage of usage information provided by smart appliances and meters, and real-time pricing information that will be provided by future "smart grid" infrastructure. We will display this information in a way that makes it easy for users to make decisions about their power usage. Overall, we aim to help users make their energy consumption more efficient and allow them to save money.

: Like the color coded table.
Usability: Looks great so far! No egregious UI mishaps. Good uses of affordances.
Overall: Overall, great job.

I think the complex nature of this application was handled quite well as demonstrated by the final implementation. Not only were effective improvements made between each iteration, these improvements were the result of some insightful observations being made from test users. It was nice to see how the initial struggles between trying to easily convey information on the UI translated into a clear and well presented interface. In my experience, the best UIs require minimal if any thinking on the user's part and your final UI comes very close to achieving this, despite its inherently complex nature. well done!
