Problem Statement
People packing for a trip tend to forget crucial items such as toothbrushes, shampoo, or chargers, or forget to bring a sustainable quantity of certain items. We plan to design a mobile application that provides a simple way to provide people with a reminder of what exactly they need to bring on trips, taking advantage of the knowledge of their destination to determine what trip-specific items they will need, along with the basic essentials. This mobile application will present this information in such a way that people can use as they pack so even as they pack in a hurry, they don't have to rack their brains for what they might need.

GR4 comments:
Should make affordance for "Annual Paris Trip" and "Interview in New York" options appear more interactive. Why is gender a slider? Should prepopulate "duration" dates with today's current date for efficiency purposes - also good for clarity because I initially thought they were times (like hour, minute). No idea how "shelf" screen works. The icons don't look very pressable and no idea how to interact after hitting the "edit" button.

Good job writing GR6 - neatly organized and thorough. It's good to see how you guys assessed usability issues and made tradeoffs accordingly. The shelf/packing screen still needs a bit of work since it caused the most confusion. Having it on Android probably did not help since affordances are particularly hard on a mobile screen. Hopefully you guys realized that if you're going to allow users to discover how to use the app by exploring with interactions, then safety and the undo ability becomes even more important. Overall, was a pleasure working with you all!
