Our User Analysis

Elderly people:

  • Unfamiliar with modern technology: user accounts, downloading software, complex interfaces, technical lingo
  • Increased difficulty in performing physical tasks (reading, pressing buttons, typing)

Young people:

  • Busy
  • No labels
