Platform and Software Requirements

Platform: Web browser

Software: We have fully tested it on Chrome. Firefox and Safari may also work.

It looks best on MAX OSX 10.7 Lion (better scrollbars) which is what we would mimic on the touch tablet.

Starting the Prototype

Prototype Description

Most features of the prototype are functional. Upon opening, the user will see the opening welcome screen. Once the user moves onto the menu, the user will be shown the Appetizers tab of the menu with the ability to click between tabs and navigate the menu.

There are a couple features right now that have not been implemented yet:

- The Search/Filter portion of the prototype has not been implemented yet, so the user will not be able to filter items or search for entrees.

- The Games screen is also static and there have been no games added, so it is just a screen that the user can't interact with.

- The user is unable to remove items from the Order or Compare lists yet.

- The Compare list also doesn't display nutritional facts.

- The Send Button on the View My Order page doesn't really do anything, it just closes the popup.

- The Pay screen is not functional yet and it will look better.

  2. Wiki presentation
: clear description of shallow parts.
Fidelity: excellent: very high fidelity prototype, and it covers main scenarios.
Usability: -information scent: I'd highlight items that are selected in the menu, and maybe update ""view your order"" with the number of items
    - concistency: ""compare list"" has radio button whereas add to order doesn't have one. ""Add to order"" descibes an acrion so a verb is good but Compare list also describe an action so it should ber ""Add to compare list"".
    - clicking on an food items does nothing (I'd expect a larger picture for instance).
Overall: quite good realization and design stretches
