- Select "I need to complete the Training Needs Assessment" and submit
- Check your info (name, MIT ID) and click continue
- Check that Roman is set as PI, otherwise you should select him in the list and update
- Within Group 1 you should check "Use potentially hazardous chemicals in a laboratory" and
in the Group 2 "Use biological materials requiring BL1 or BL2 containment, or use recombinant DNA/RNA requiring BL1 or BL2 containment". Confirm and continue
- You should see a list of training to be completed: they are all web-based except for the Biosafety training, for which
you need to register for a class. Click on "Register for a classroom training" and you should look for "General Biosafety for Researchers".
This is 1h-class and there are every week.
