Please note the following:
- CSF-COMMON-LEGACY has a dependency on CSF-SECURITY, which has a dependency on CSF-WEBSERVICES, which has a dependency on CSF-BASE.
- CSF-TEST is a dependency of any CSF module that have unit tests.
