    • SPSS underway - Procurement in negotiations with IBM

    • Adobe Cloud financial analysis underway
    • Qualtrics request now with Data Management (waiting for information from Sloan)
    • Intuit Quickbase being licensed by Office of Major Agreement
      • Pat will start a ticket in RT IST:: Service Requests
      • Pat will enter into the IS&T Service Portfolio
      • Dave will debrief DCAD as to service being on line (will evolve over time) and how this can be an option for their FM customers

    • Pat has had initial contact with OGC and left message for Brad Abruzzi
  • BMC proposal feedback (Remedy 8 prototype)

February 27, 2013

    • SPSS in process with Procurement
    • ChemBioDraw in steady state
    • VSLS will prioritize renewals on 3/6 and get list to Allen
      • product coordinators now responsible for renewals
      • Finance will collect, maintain and report out on data
      • VSLS and Finance are resource for getting coordinators help they need
  • new request status
    • Qualtrics request now with Data Management: Mary Weisse has stakeholder contact information
  • license red flag language with OGC
    • Brad Abruzzi working with Central Procurment and will bring IS&T into the loop for regular Friday meetings
    • Allen meeting with Procurement mid March
    • Pat will reach out to Brad re: Steve, Dave and Allen for end March to discuss workflow and process
  • BMC proposal feedback (Remedy 8 prototype)
    • conference call today at 4:30 with vendor to finalize contract
  • FM DB migration to IS&T Service Portfolio - Dave will continue to work with Steve on this
    • renewal date field needs to be added to CI Software (new module)

    • Pat has started populating the Portfolio prototype with licensing attachments but this will go ON HOLD as she transitions to new role
      • Allen has offered Andrea Sullivan as data entry resource

      • transition everything from FM DB to IS&T Service Portfolio prototype by end June (target date)
        • DCAD hosting agreement can remain in place as long as needed for FM DB
    • Dave and Steve will set up meeting to validate data model with Pat in March
