IST will begin archiving wiki spaces with no activity on a yearly basis. All spaces with a creation date greater than one year will be reviewed for activity, and all spaces that have not been viewed or modified within a year will be moved from wikis.mit.edu to an archive server at wikis-stage.mit.edu. Spaces will remain on the archive server for another year, and will be removed from the archive server the following year. Everyone in the MIT community will have the access to the archive server and will be able to view and modify their spaces on the archive server. Space owners can request that we move an archived space back to wikis.mit.edu by contacting wiki-support@mit.edu with the name and description of the space
