In the "Learning Spiral" section (and maybe more broadly as well), it would be useful to also set students' expectations around the elements of the MBA experience that seem to contradict these goals. Specifically, students complain every year about the core courses (especially the quant courses) being overly siloed and overly problem-set focused. They certainly aren't practice-oriented, with the possible exception of the OP project. The contrast between expectations and reality can be especially strong in times of change. For example, the last curriculum revision was a time when we talked a lot about working across disciplines - yet the core courses, for the most part, don't do that, and for "logical" reasons. So it would be helpful to look for opportunities to place the messages around practice in a larger context, and to explain how certain things (e.g. core courses) deliberately focus on the foundational theoretical knowledge and analytical skills. Furthermore, there are times and places (esp core) where students need to take it on faith that things will ultimately make sense. Also, the notion of "own your experience" is tricky but important to convey in multiple times and ways.
