One possible way of structuring the Collaboratorim community might distinguish the following roles for participants:

• Readers
  Users who view the site but do not contribute anything

• Voters
  Users who vote on models and debates, but do not make any other contributions

• Contributors
  Users who vote, participate in debates, suggest plans, and add or refine models

• Moderators
  Graduate students, young professionals, and others who help review and maintain the quality of the models, plans, and debates. Moderators have special system privileges.

• Scientific Council
  Scientific and other experts who advise Moderators,

• Scientific Advisory Board
  Well-known experts who provide overall guidance for the project and help recruit members of the Scientific Council.
