Communication Action Plan

Identify the service priorities of our customer base and prepare targeted communications to speak to those priorities.

Websites

Postcard

• pick a template that Heather shared
• pick an image for postcard
• write a brief blurb for postcard
• work on website: make sure website is updated before the postcard goes out
• Give to liasons - they can hand out as needed
• Give to past partners
• Give to Steve Horsch - to use as an example of possible donor projects

Meetings

• Rob to meet with Tracy G. to discuss presenting to DPS
