Assembly
Waterjet provided .dxf file from .040 in aluminum sheet. Stock must measure at least 380mm by 120mm.
Use sheet metal break to bend the tabs on each side and then fold the side over. TIG tack the open corner and bottom two flanges for additional rigidity. Do not tack near holes or insert nuts. Install hex standoffs. Install DAQ. Wire switch and battery. Zip-tie battery in place.
