• Fall 2005 PS5 introduced the MOSFET [mit6002-2005ps5]
• Spring 2006 PS2 [mit6002-2006ps2], and the solutions: [mit6002-2006ps2-sols]. This was a basic diode experiment.
• Spring 2006 PS4 [mit6002-2006ps4] analysed a simple common-source amplifier (MOSFET with the drain connected to a 500 ohm resistor to VDD)
