In the chart, the trainer can modify the number of sets and repetitions for each exercise.

Mitchell Kates - Design 2: The ultra efficient design allows a trainer to have a therapy program by letting the user autosuggest the injury and preselect from several exercise regimens. This allows a trainer to have a therapy program within a handful of keystrokes and one mouse click.
Mitchell Kates - Design3: The easy to use and mobile optimized interface walks the athletic trainer through the injury selection process. In the first stage, they select the area of the injury. Second, they choose the specific injury and the severity of the injury. Finally, the interface autogenerates the appropriate exercise regimen.
