I have added two terms to the "Money" data list:  Primary Volume and Secondary Volume, but definitions are still needed.  Any reports on research by DLC should specify Primary or Secondary.  It is my understanding that the Brown Book shows both Primary and Secondary volume by DLC, but does not identify those projects within a DLC's primary volume that are secondary volume to another DLC. --Sarah Brady
