Research Description:

Paul's research focuses on the economic drivers, and energy and environmental impacts of transportation system growth in developing countries such as China. His work assesses the impacts of transport sector policies and technologies in a context of ongoing urbanization, motorization, infrastructure expansion and rapid economic growth.
