Meeting Notes - Jan. 15, 2008

Labview version has been upgraded to 8.2
Labview VI's - Raymond has made the necessary program changes to connect the experiment to the iLab Service Broker. Raymond is still working on a new module - the sample changer.
SQL server and iLab Lab server have been installed and tested on the computer in the reactor.
The virus software has been updates and teh windows patched have been updated.
Phil and Raymond are in the process of configuring the Lab server
New MIT campus service broker is setup - norbert.mit.edu - this service broker will run MIT interactive experiments.

Kirky will work with Judy to get the documentation and the necessary information/animations up on the service broker
Yakov will order 2 cameras, microphone and a 4 port switch
Phil will work on the Lab server configuration and getting remote desktop to work
Yakov install wheel hardware when it arrives

Kirky will get 5-8 volunteers for initial testing (documentation on website will need to be completed before they run the tests)
Need to walk through and document the process of creating groups so that the reactor gets the information it needs for security clearance
Testing should examin the visual interface and see if it is easy and intuitive to use and examine the bandwidth of the VI from the users perspective.
