Notes from meeting with African partners
Basically there are three views:
• Lab provider
• Service Broker
• Faculty
Lab Provider (Lab Server)
• web method activity
• execution records (broker, date, time, device, group, client, lapsed time, result sets, status, etc)
• traffic by group throughput traffic
• reservation % used, % of time used, % no shows
Service Broker
• user info (# of user, # of groups, avg groups per user, avg reservation/use per user, etc)
• experiment info (lab location, lab owner, lab status, # of experiments run, # of groups using exp, # client launch per exp, # users using exp, availability info (% up time, % down time), # exp per hour/day/semester, etc)
Faculty
• Students in group - basic enrollment information
• How many exp did each student run in the specified time period by client and by group
• Show which students in group ran the exp and the date they last ran exp by clients and by groups
• How many client launches/how many data sets saved
• Show by dates when students ran experiments by clients and by groups
• Students who made reservations but didn't show
