Held consult with Rob Grenier on Oracle 11g Client
- steps to be implemented:
- release date on IS&T: Change Communication Calendar
- announce at Pipeline asap
- draft release announcement to ist-comm@mit.edu for review
- review de-support of Oracle 9g Client
- make decision as whether to test with COEUS
- most likely Oracle 9g will remain supported
- include in any documentation, release announcement and kb articles
- discuss pending release with DITR (Rashard Bryan and Patrick Curtis) so they can prep customers and roll out as needed
- forward previous and new versions of application to SWRT for archival purposes
