I wonder if there's a way to tell people how to use CTRL-click (or other methods) to get the various links to open up as separate pages. If I didn't know that, I would have found it really frustrating to have the new pages nearly always open in the same window, requiring me to keep hitting the back button to avoid getting lost. Or maybe change the links so they open in a new window as the default? At least for the "See the Sites" links.

On the Benefits Overview slide show, it was a little disconcerting to be bumped along through the slides automatically, rather than having to click Next when I was ready. This was especially true when there were links that I wanted to look at. Didn't like having to pause the slide show to prevent it from continuing on without me.

I thought you should have a few more slides on the retirement plans---these are both very good benefits and I thought they are so brief one almost missed them:
ie on the 401(k) we should do a little more to encourage/sell enrollment
New ee's are intimidated by the investment choices therefore we need to let them know investments can be changed anytime
To be consistent let them know there is immediate vesting---tell them in the script that it means they get to keep everything.
If you agree that these slides should be meatier, let me know and I will be happy to give you a first draft.

Slides - Eligibility
Throughout the presentation the %time and duration eligibility requirements are represented in a new way:
"Your position requires that you work a minimum of half time for at least three months"
I think this is very misleading, because these are two separate requirements, if you are less than 50% time (with the exception of grandfathered medical doctors), you are ineligible, regardless of the duration of your appointment and if your appointment duration is less than three months, you are ineligible regardless of your %time. Another eligibility issue - employees must have a 12 month appointment to be eligible for Tuition Assistance.
Discuss
MM
Yes. Done. Concerns exist over adding too much detail, especially since the overview qualifies the eligibility requirements and directs viewers to sites where the details are spelled out. For now, we have addressed this by copying text from the HR Benefits eligibility page, and by adding more "Am I eligible?" links to various slides. The link target is the HR Benefits eligibility page. N.B. This needs to be revisited for the Open Enrollment Release.
