Procedure:
-Weigh load (close to empty weight of relevant stage)
-Attach load to parachute lines using quicklinks
-Have one person film, one person drop, and one person time
-Drop load first and record time it takes to fall
-Calculate time that should be taken to drop without parachute using height and mass of load
-Use difference in flight time to calculate rough value for Cd
