The RRC3 is a dual deployment altimeter produced by Missileworks. It is a baro-only recording altimeter that logs altitude, velocity, temperature, and battery voltage to onboard memory, which it can use to store 16 flights. A main selling point is the inclusion of a programmable auxiliary channel that can be configured for multistage flights, airstarts, and three-event deployment schemes. It also can be connected to a GPS system for telemetry and tracking (the RTx) and an LCD for on-field programming. Compared to the slightly less costly StratologgerCF, the RRC3 is somewhat larger, but has more configuration options, a third channel, a range of accessories, and more complete software.
