Traditionally, Rocket Team is divided into subteams in order to logically divide research, development, and construction among team members. These subteams usually include:
However, these subteams are subject to change depending on the mission and project that year. Subteams are led by one (maybe two) people that are responsible for managing the subteam and delegating tasks.

The team is run by the Executive Council which typically works with the subteam leads. There are numerous other jobs taken up by people on the team.
