Background:
In these experiments, we will be testing the use of different IgM variable regions that are sensitive to antigens different from beta-amyloid. The goal of these experiments is to show that our platform works with a variety of variable regions sensitive to different extracellular antigens. The rationale for the antibodies that we chose can be found here. We will be using components with optimized linker lengths in these experiments and Syk and/or Lyn based on the results of previous tests.
