The SciOps working group provides a forum for discussion of science operations approaches and challenges, in particular where they may affect calibration work. This includes issues such as evolving orbits, addressing system failures, scheduling, and target-of-opportunity response. In this working group, missions can share their individual approaches, provide guidance for new missions, and discuss modernization ideas for older missions.
Meetings:
Next meeting will be in early 2026, and a poll for a suitable time will be sent around nearer the time. We would particularly like to be at a good time for and to hear from missions we didn't hear from this time around.
