LirB2 DNA is contaminated!
Correct band pattern is most definitely there. Which means all parts: hEF1a promoter, LilrB2 gene and backbone are there.
Gel Extraction?
Suspecting we (I) messed up the glycerpl stock... Will gel extract tomorrow, transform with that and also transform with new DNA I KNOW are verified(, make cell stocks of them, verify and throw away old stocks afterwards).
