  2. add 500 uL PBS and aspirate
  3. Add 500 uL complete media
  4. add beta amyloid to 500 nM or other (500 nM=10)
  5. incubate in the incubator for 2hr
  6. aspirate media
  7. add 500 uL warm PBS and aspirate
  8. add 500 uL warm  complete media
  9. add streptavidin to a 10 ug/mL (5uL for our aliquot)
  10. Incubate in the dark for 1hr 30min
  11. Microscopy time!
