The Shibboleth Apache module logs by default to $prefix/var/log/httpd/native.log and native.log and native_warn.log in $prefix/var/log/httpd/native_warn.logshibboleth-www/. The Shibboleth daemon logs to shibd.log, shibd_warn.log, and transaction.log in $prefix/var/log/shibboleth/.
