9Assignment State Filter
  • Filters assignments by state:
  • To be Graded - displays number of assignments with missing grades.
  • To be Approved - displays number of assignments with unapproved grades.
  • Completed - displays number of assignments where all grades have been 
    entered and approved.
  • Deleted (if applicable) - displays deleted assignments.

Adding an Assignment

  1. Click (4). The Add Assignment form will display.
  2. Fill in the Add Assignment form:

You can filter the assignment table by assignment state (9). Only assignments with the checked state will be displayed. The numerals numbers indicate how many assignments exist in each state. Note: Assignments can exist in multiple states - for example, if e.g., an assignment has with both graded and ungraded students, it has both the state of will counted as both an assignment that is To Be Graded and To Be Approved.

An explanation of Descriptions of each state:

To Be GradedThe assignment has one or more ungraded studentsdisplays number of assignments with missing grades.
To Be ApprovedThe assignment has one or more displays number of assignments with unapproved grades.
Completeddisplays number of assignments where all grades have been
